WHERE CAN ARDI FOXE GIFT BOXES BE SHIPPED?

We deliver to personal residences and places of business within Canada. However, if you would like a gift box delivered to the US or internationally, get in touch and we will do our best to make that possible.

DO YOU OFFER PICK UP?

At this time, we exclusively offer delivery services and do not have a pickup option. However, we ensure a seamless and reliable shipping process to get your gift to its destination with care. If you have any special delivery requests, feel free to reach out!

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Ready-To-Ship Collection: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for assembly, in addition to delivery time, which varies depending on the destination. Typically Canada Post Standard Shipping across Canada will take 3 to 9 business days.

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, feel free to reach out, and weโ€™ll do our best to meet your timeline.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Online Shop Orders: A tracking number is generated when we print your shipping label, which is always done on the same day your gift is shipped. Youโ€™ll receive an email notification with the tracking number at that time. If you donโ€™t receive it possibly due to a spam filter or email server restrictions, please contact us at ardifoxe@gmail.com, and weโ€™ll be happy to provide it.

Custom Gift Designs: At the conclusion of your project once your gifts ship out, we will send you a spreadsheet with all of your recipients listed along with the corresponding tracking numbers for each recipient.

DO YOU SEND A RECEIPT IN THE BOX?

As we often send our gifts directly to the recipient, we will never include the receipt with the packaged box. You as the gift giver will receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order which can serve as a receipt.

CAN I INCLUDE A CUSTOM MESSAGE WITH MY GIFT BOX?

Yes, we include a complimentary handwritten notecard with your personalized message, accompanied by our signature black envelope.

If youโ€™re not shipping the gift directly to the recipient, you will receive a blank notecard, allowing you to write your message yourself upon delivery.

WILL MY RECIPIENT INFORMATION REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL?

Absolutely! We prioritize your privacy and are committed to keeping your recipientโ€™s details secure. Rest assured, we will never share this information with anyone outside of our trusted shipping team.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All gift boxes are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We take great care in packaging each Ardi Foxe gift box to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your gift box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a picture so we can make it right for you!

WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOM GIFT DESIGN PROCESS?

Once you complete and submit our detailed Gift Inquiry Form, where you can share key details like gift quantity, budget, aesthetic preferences - weโ€™ll carefully review your responses. From there, weโ€™ll thoughtfully curate a custom gift design that reflects your style while ensuring each item is both meaningful and enjoyable for your recipients.

DO YOU HAVE AN ORDER MINIMUM?

Yes, we do have order minimums for our Custom Gift Designs for boxes featuring logos and branding. The minimum quantity may vary depending on the type of gifts, such as wedding, bridal party, or client appreciation gifts and the selection of the items within them.

However, single custom boxes are always available for individual gifting.

There are no order minimums for our Ready-To-Ship collections.

CAN I INCLUDE CUSTOM BRANDED ITEMS?

Yes! We offer customization options such as logos, names, branded packaging, and handwritten notes for a personal touch. Some personalization may require order minimums.

Please note, customization is limited for single custom gift boxes.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We safely ship gifts across Canada. If you are local to Greater Toronto Area, we offer Hand Delivery Service for bulk orders at an additional cost.

If you need to send gifts to the U.S. or internationally, weโ€™ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that some items may be subject to shipping restrictions.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Single custom gift boxes: We require atleast 1-2 weeks to allow sourcing and delivery. If you need a gift sooner, you can check out our ready-to-ship collection.

Bulk + Client gift orders: Ideally we require 3-6 weeks to complete the process, including design, refinement, sourcing, assembly, and shipping.

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, feel free to reach out, and weโ€™ll do our best to meet your timeline.
