How do I order a custom gift box?

Is there a minimum order quantity for bulk or corporate gifting?

Yes, we do have order minimums for our Custom Gift Designs for boxes featuring logos and branding. The minimum quantity may vary depending on the type of gifts, such as wedding, bridal party, or client appreciation gifts and the selection of the items within them.

However, single custom boxes are always available for individual gifting.

Can I personalize the gift box with names, logos, or messages?

Yes! We offer customization options like logos, names, branded packaging, and handwritten notes for a personal touch. Some personalization may require minimum order quantity.

Please note, customization is limited for single custom gift boxes.

How far in advance should I place my custom order?

Single custom gift boxes: We require atleast 1-2 weeks to allow sourcing and delivery. If you need a gift sooner, you can check out our ready-to-ship collection.

Bulk + Client gift orders: Ideally we require 3-6 weeks to complete the process, including design, refinement, sourcing, assembly, and shipping.

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, feel free to reach out, and weโ€™ll do our best to meet your timeline.

What are your delivery options?

We safely ship gifts across Canada. If you are local to Greater Toronto Area, we offer Hand Delivery Service for bulk orders at an additional cost.

If you need to send gifts to the U.S. or internationally, weโ€™ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that some items may be subject to shipping restrictions.
